I want to set my clients up with the tools to succeed for a lifetime! No extreme unhealthy shreds just goal setting, goal achieving, through life long methods.

Now I don't believe tracking macros is for everyone, BUT I do believe it is a powerful tool to help teach you about food groups, portions, and more!

People wonder how we eat the foods we do and still achieve our goals... simple, we have learnt about foods to make the right choices, we track our food to have the correct portions!

Anyway enough rambling.

Oh wait one more thing, WHY IS EVERYONE OBSESSED WITH CAULIFLOWER BASES STILL! PLEASE I don't understand!

So the mission brand pizza bases, garlic and plain are the same round shape (not talking weight) as the cauliflower and less cals and carbs! arghhh why is no one opting for these haha!

ANYWHO

A few options, mission pizza bases, barley wraps (add fibre back into carb count), good old tip top Sand-which thins! (wholemeal lowest in carb!) My favourite are the things just because I would demolish a whole mission pizza in one go... the thins are like having lots of pizzas...lol

Toppings that are great are any type of lean meat. The reason I say lean is because you save your fats for cheese and other things.

Parmesan, because you only need a little bit for such a good strong flavour

Obviously if you have less macros left for the day you have to have less thins and less toppings..

Tracking macros is all about budgeting your foods :)!
