20g Protein Blend or casein (if using vanilla, add cocoa or sugar free drinking chocolate to turn chocolate)
60g Egg White
5g Coconut Flour
40-50ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
Stevia (Your choice or sweetness)
Spray mug, mix all wet ingredients well, add dry and mix well
Cook on high in microwave for about 2 minutes, watch carefully as it rises, pause the microwave if it looks like it is too high, it will drop down, then continue this process until cooked.
Serve with whipped cream or Nutella or peanut butter or ice-cream, the options are endless!
