Cookie Base

  • 20 g, Coconut Flour

  • 1 Egg White

  • 50 grams, Butter, Salted

  • 30 ml, Skim Milk

  • 40 g, Protein powder

  • 10 g, Cocoa Powder

Mix all ingredients well and place in cupcake trays or patty cakes and bake in the oven for about 15minutes (these can also be just cookies on their own enjoyed with a healthy icing :)

Cheesecake Topping

  • 125 g, Light Spreadable Cream Cheese

  • 180 grams, Hi-protein Natural Yogurt (Aldi) or Plain Chobani

  • 10 g, Cocoa Powder

  • 30 g, Protein

Blend all ingredients well and top on cookies once they have cooled down. Store in freezer or fridge
