Breakfast Pizza 🍕


Ingredients


  • 50g 97% fat free short cut bacon

  • 1 Better 4 u Wrap or low carb wrap (Mission)

  • 100g Mushroom

  • 40g, Red Onion, Raw

  • 20 ml, No Added Sugar Smart Bbq Sauce

  • 25 g, Beqa Cheddar Cheese ( 50% Less Fat ) or Parmesan

  • 1 Egg

  • 50g Cherry Tomato

Method

1. Cook bacon, mushrooms and onion in the pan. Also cook the egg, can scramble it or just fry separately.

2. Add sauce to pizza/wrap base and cover in ingredients

3. Bake in oven on high until base is crispy and hard

4. I added more sauce on top, enjoy!!
