Pizza Base/Tortilla - Low Carb Low Fat High Protein


  • 20 g Parmesan

  • 250 ml Egg Whites

  • Choice of flavour e.g herbs and spices, garlic paste, seasoning

  • ​50 g Coconut Flour


1.Mix ingredients well

2. Pour desired amount and shape into a hot non stick pan and spread out evenly to desired thickness. Cook each side until golden brown.

3. Use as wrap, taco, pizza, option to even bake in oven.

*Note so sturdy but a great low carb low fat option either way. Could possibly add more cheese if you wish.
