Thai Green Curry (Lite Coconut Milk)



Ingredients

500-700g Lean meat

60g Green Curry Pasta (Asia specialties Aldi)

Choice of Vegetables I used zucchini, mushrooms and cabbage

170ml Lite Coconut Milk

Method

Cook chicken until brown.

add vegetables and curry paste.

Once cooked pour in coconut milk and mix well.

Spread evenly into containers and add your choice of rice or noodles etc.
