Sweet Pizza Recipe - Breakfast or Post Workout

This is delicious! I usually have this after training with a protein source! Carbs are stored in your body as glycogen and are your bodies first source of fuel. Therefore carbs especially important after weight training as you have depleted glycogen from your muscles and you need to restore them for continued energy! Protein is important to repair those torn muscle fibres and build muscle. You could put whatever you like on top, all you need to do is place in oven for about 10minutes. I will share some ideas below. 1 Rye/Wholegrain/Low Carb Wrap Lightly Toasted 1/2 Scoop Wheytello mixed with water to make thick consistency to use as base spread (can add 5g cocoa powder or sugar free drinking chocolate for extra chocolate taste) 1/2 cup Berries 1/2 Banana 1 Tbsp PB2 or Peanut Butter or 1 Tbsp Coco2 Spread Optional half a quest bar (this is amazing melted)
