Rice Paper Rolls

2 sheets of rice paper 1/2 grated carrot 1/2 chopped finely cucumber 4 lettuce leaves 100g your choice of lean protein e.g chicken breast, tuna, beef 1/2 avocado ​2Tbso light sweet chili sauce Cook meat and make sure veggies/salad are chopped fine. Fill a plate with a slight bit of water and place first rice paper sheets in instructions should be on the packet. Load up protein and salad onto the paper and roll up according to instructions. Repeat and dip into light sweet chili sauce! *** using veggies instead of salad in your rolls, once rolled up place them in a hot pan with slight bit of coconut oil and enjoy spring rolls! *** Can use your choice of salad.
