1 Scoop protein powder 1 tsp xanthan gum 1 cup frozen banana or frozen berries or both :) lots of ice 1/4 cup water (Add more if needed) Blend until all ice is blended.
Pour into bowl. Top with your favourite toppings! Mine include low fat waffles (from IGA), xo crunches from freedom foods or protein weet bix!
