Protein Pancakes are so easy and can have them breakfast, post workout, snack or dessert!
I use Wheytello as it blends really easy and tastes great! In my recipe below I have egg whites to limit fat but you can definitely use the yolk! I just like to use my fats for other goods through out the day.
2-4 Egg whites
20 - 40g Protein Powder
Blend using blender or I use a milkshake maker :)
Pour desired quantities into medium heated pan sprayed with coconut oil.
Can top with all kinds of things, including fruits, sugar free maple, yoghurt, stevia, honey, coconut flakes, nuts, low fat ice cream, protein ice cream, PB2, peanut butter, the toppings are endless!
