1 Wrap (I used power protein wraps from health food shops) 100g - 120g Skinless Chicken Breast 1 tsp Mexican Spices 1 Tbsp Chobani Salsa Dip 1/4 Avocado
Turn muffin tin upside down and place wrap in a bowl shape inbetween muffin shapes and toast in oven until hard. turn upside down to use as a bowl.
Cook your choice of veggies and chicken with spices in a pan. Can also add beans if you like.
Pour veggies and chicken into Wrap bowl, can also use salads if you prefer. Top with salsa & avocado
