1 Egg white 2 Slices Lower Carb/Rye/Wholegrain bread (I used well being brand at Coles or tip top high protein bread) 12g PB2 Chocolate 20g Protein Powder
1 cup Fruit 1. Flatten bread with roller or hands 2. Whisk egg white and protein powder well 3. Dip bread into protein and egg mix and cook both sides in pan sprayed with coconut oil.
4. Mix PB2 with some water and spread PB2 on toast on toast once cooked. Add fruit, enjoy!!
If you have left over batter pour over bread while in pan or make pancakes :) You can use any toppings you like! I rolled my toast up below.
