This challenge is not the same as a 10 week challenge run 3 x this year however it is very similar and my goal remains the same, to get YOU results and help you gain knowledge for long term success. Lets do this!!

You will need to process the full payment then be in contact with myself and Jarrah about a partner signing up and we will refund you the free week cost.

This is NOT 1 on 1 coaching, but very similar. The training plan is not customised, we are all doing the same plan however you can substitute exercises where needed. I will also not be chatting to you a lot in check in as this is not 1 on 1 coaching, thank you for understanding this. Nutrition and your check in changes are 100% customised as I will need to go through each of your feedback and data. 

There is limited spaces due to nutrition and check ins being customised and individual. I can only handle so many clients at one time sorry, so dont miss out! 

Once you are signed up you will fill out a consultation form and be patient waiting on my to begin set up process.

Can’t believe the 10 weeks are over! Body: starting to feel good in my body again! I’m not where I want to be but I’m definitely heading in the right direction :) feeling super strong on leg day, I don’t think I have ever lifted/pushed weights around like I have been! Also got 2 x 100kg hipthrust the other day too 🎉 Hunger: appetite has been pretty good, not overly hungry or not hungry. I have learnt to adjust my day as it comes so I don’t end up overeating or of something was unplanned Energy: has been good! Starting to work with Courtney is the best thing I have ever done. After being on low cals for a very long time (wasn’t even allowed pumpkin) I never new “dieting” could be so easy. Over the last 10 weeks I have increased my cals by 700 a day and have transformed my body. I haven’t missed a session this is because I enjoy it. Courtney is always there for help. I can’t wait to see what Courtney and I can bring to the stage next year. I now find myself randomly smiling, that’s because I’m happy, healthy and not hungry.

I don’t know where to start really. This isn’t my first time working with an online coach and tracking macros, but it’s the most focused and determined I’ve been. Working with Courtney has been the most comfortable and easy experience I’ve ever had. She’s supportive and real and helped me to learn to love food again and realise eating is not my enemy. Hi Court, Thankyou for your time and energy over these past 10 weeks. I feel i smashed out 7 weeks really consistent but the last 3 not as much. I have learnt SOOOO MUCH about nutrition and weight loss. My training will become more consistent as I organise my lifestyle. I have enjoyed all aspects of this programme and I really want to do another one or one of your other programs.. I havent updated weight or photos but ill do that tomorrow morning. Its OK if its to late and you don't get to my check in all I just wanted to say is thankyou and you have helped me so much. Hi Courtney, just want to thank you for all your help through this challenge. The first 5-6 weeks were amazing and I was loving every part of it but unfortunately my back issues got in the way and I’m a bit upset that it set me back in my training. I’m no longer allowed to do many workouts but I can’t wait to go back to the gym because I can substitute those with machines

- feeling like I’m not dieting- hardly ever feeling hungry (unless it’s the time of the month!) - I would love to improve on my technique when working out - I need to slow down when I’m injured and listen to my body and not over do it. - I’m so proud of the food choices I’ve been making. I was so scared of carbs and stayed away from them for 3 years!!! You’ve helped me see that flexible eating really works. - I’m also proud of my steps. Even with my back injury I still managed to get in my steps. Courtney you are an amazing couch. You go over and beyond for all you’re clients and I’m so glad I chose your program. You’ve introduced me to an awesome lifestyle and I can’t thank you enough. Xx

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you on these challenges. While my body hasn’t changed too much photos wise I do feel stronger focusing more on weights and less on cardio. As for foods I am learning that I can eat more, including pizza and chocolate and that nothing really changes. That’s been the biggest mindblower to me as someone who was 110kg and thought to be healthy you had to live on lettuce leaves and water lol. I’m proud of myself for continuing to push through with going to the gym consistently through the winter. Adelaide gets real cold so I’m happy I didn’t make excuses and I still went. I’m also proud that I’ve kept this weight off as long as I have. I keep hearing that 80% of people who lose weight put it back on within the year or so. So pat on the back for me. Ohh and I’ll also proud that I’m putting myself out of my social comfort zone and interacting with the girls at the gym. As an introverted anti social awkward person that’s huge! This is the last check in but for this time around I want to continue with the workouts which I enjoy and also keep up with keeping my cals up at 1800, even if the macros isn’t exactly 100% at least focus on keeping the protein up. I have a goal to make this year the year I get on the beach in a bikini. I know I’ve taken pics in similar gear and posted to insta, but there’s a difference between posing in the privacy of my home vs being out in public. I feel like it would be extremely liberating to be on the beach in a bikini, my loose fupa and tiger stripes on show. I’ll make sure to tag you in the photos when I do 😉 Anyway thanks so much for working with me. I know I’m hard on myself sometimes and very untrusting, but I’m also very proud of myself. Definitely keep me on the list for 1-on-1 coaching. I enjoyed feeling like part of a team and having someone on my side who isn’t sugar coating anything. This have been an amazing challenge to help me realise those small things really make a difference that being getting in steps and hitting those calories as this has always been my weakest areas. My relationship with food has improved and with my body reminding that a walk or exercise isn’t punishment it’s appreciating what it can do. For anyone looking for a challenge or trainer that listens to you and doesn’t make unrealistic goals Courtney is for you. It’s simple and effective and I’m so glad I was apart of the challenge and keen for the next one hopefully when vic gyms are back open!

This 10 week challenge was the best decision I have ever made and the support from Courtney is amazing!! My relationship with food is better, my mindset, my confidence and overall health. Before this, I didn’t have a structured program and after these 10 weeks, i’ve realised how important a gym routine is and improvements with my body has changed. The facebook group is full of support and the girls are INCREDIBLE, sharing their thoughts, journey and recipes! You won’t feel left out, each and every girl has their ups and downs but won’t give up. Lastly, not to forget.. Courtney is such an amazing coach. Omg as if this is the last check in!! 😩😔 I’ve loved every bit of this journey and came out mentally better with myself and my relationship with food. Where the hell did those 10 weeks even go!! Honestly, even though I lost roughly 5kg I feel alot better as in leaner and makes it think how I would feel to lose another 5kg! I was able to manage my hunger since the last check in except for one day but averaged out my total calorie intake for the week. Super proud of my efforts and maintaining my food and habits well!! with saying no to eating out, not eating shit (peckish, could have chosen something in the food court) when I was hungry and busy out but maintained the hunger and got food at coles to make. Another thing i’m proud about is how far i’ve come, i’m someone who USED to easily fall off track with things like this but the consistency I did with myself couldn’t be any better!

Courtney you have been so good for my soul 🌻 I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me. I have achieved so much because of you- not just physically but mentally too. The word ‘challenge’ makes the 10 weeks sound so daunting but you were there for me every step of the way making the ride a hell of a lot easier for me. I gained knowledge. I gained understanding. But more importantly I gained my self confidence back. I learnt that dieting doesn’t mean giving up the things I love! I learnt that portion control is my best friend and just how important weighing my food and consistency really is. I never had goals, and now I have lots of them. Doing this challenge with Courtney has been such a blessing in the worst time. She is supportive, keeps you accountable, adjusts things if you have a setback like I did. So I am able to still work towards my goal and not feel discouraged, always has that positive approach and instead of focusing of what I may of missed focusing on how far I have already come that whole change in mindset for my has been my biggest change!!! Yes I have lost CM’s, lost kgs, and my mindset like I said has forever been change from such a bad diet culture to realising holy crap I can actually EAT. Never have I been more full whilst losing. I feel evey check in is a big THANK YOU to you haha. I believe the way you teach/guide/provide feedback is what has made me stick to this challenge. As mentioned in my post in the FB group I have started and fail numerous challenges through gyms and PT's in town. I feel like they cater for 1 person and if it doesn't work for you then too bad. Where as you get all our info, create calories and actually provide information for us to put to use so we actually learn something (hope that makes sense) Overall, I am just so fucking happy I signed up to this challenge. I have changed so much, not only physically but mentally. I'm happier and more motivated than ever. Bring on the next step!! 10 weeks ago I was pretty down on myself. I had tried for most of this year, diets & exercise regimes and really struggled to move any weight off my body. A friend told me about Courtney, I looked into it, still a little unsure but then made the decision to give the 10 week challenge ago and holy moly I am so thankful I did. I feel like a completely different person. Everything was so easy! Courtney provided myself with so much information to help guide and teach me how to track my food correctly, provided easy and delicious meals (that everyone in the household can eat), straight forward exercises and constant encourage & support.
