I also can’t believe we have our first year anniversary coming up haha I honestly can’t believe how much I’ve changed as a person. Yes I’ve changed physically, but the mental changes, the way I see and talk to myself has been the biggest change. Since having you as my coach I really have learn to slow down and take my time when working out. I don't need to go in there and lift crazy heavy and smash out my reps in a few seconds and cram as much as I can into a 30-45minute workout. 

Now I can go to the gym and spend an hour if not more there because I am doing things the right way. I rest for the required amount of time between my sets. I slow down with my movement and take my time doing the correct technique.

I love it. I really enjoy it these days. Going to the gym is no longer a "chore" or a "punishment" for me. I go because I enjoy going, I enjoy how I feel after, I enjoy feeling stronger when I lift heavier, I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment.

I really feel like I have come along way since my first few weeks with you. I may not have progressed as far as I would have liked to in losing cm's etc but I have gained so much knowledge, I have a better relationship with food and I don't punish myself with crazy workouts because I ate like crap that day.

That makes all of the work I have put in so far worth it and makes me wanna strive even further. Eat better, lift heavier and learn more.

Again - since having Eli, you’re been the best way I can invest in myself! You’ve helped and guided me through this hard but rewarding journey, even though you’re just doing my nutrition now, I still bring the knowledge you taught me back in face to face pt sessions and you’ve given me the knowledge to move forward with my personal goals. This is the ONLY thing I can do just for me and be selfish about it because everything else in my life is for Eli and what’s best for him and I. I’m happy to say this is the first check in since we started back training that I’ve looked forward to haha! Really feel like I’ve made a lot of progress this fortnight 💃

Absolutely loving the new program and am feeling stronger every session. Enjoying my daily walks too to get some me time and get outside. Without you to be accountable to I definitely wouldn’t be getting these done. 

Thank you so much for doing what you do and having such a healthy supportive approach. Without you I’d be stressing about the wedding and trying to live off 1500 calories and not believing I could make progress with just 3 sessions per week. I wouldn’t be nearly as happy as I am.

 I am honestly blown away at home much food I can consume along with how good I feel from it and the amount of strength I have gained in such a short amount of time. I can happily say that my life has completely transformed since starting with you and following a reverse diet, physically and mentally, so many people are so uneducated about fitness and nutrition and many refuse to look past all the fad diets and fearing food (carbs), weight training ect and they really don’t know their full potential on how amazing they could really feel. I know I say this so often but I am so thankful for all your hard work in educating me and guiding all your clients to have a great mindset and outlook on food and fitness.


I want to say a massive thankyou to Courtney for being the most motivating and inspiring coach a girl could ask for. Signing up for online coaching with Courtney was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My knowledge and relationship with food has come so far in such a little amount of time. I have only recently started with Courtney 6 weeks ago but already Im loving everything. I love that the training plans are updated every 4 weeks so that you don't get over doing to same things over and over again, not to mention that when i did start with Courtney i could only hip thrust 60-70kg now 6 weeks later 120kg. HELL YESSSSS!!  Love that you can track your progress on that app that she includes in her program to have access to. Love that macros are adjusted (if needed) every check in. She's such a kind hearted person. Honestly puts so much effort into her clients ❤ 


I have been with Courtney for 12 weeks and during this time she has been so supportive and has answered every question with in depth knowledge. She has always made be feel comfortable and up lifting, I feel I can ask or tell her anything.

I remember starting out with Courtney and being skeptical of having an “online coach”. Little did I know that my “online coach” would soon become someone that I look forward to check ins with, someone that I would admire, someone that pushes me to be the best version of ME and me only. 


In the past, I’d done numerous challenges, starved myself, binged and had basically led myself on a path of inner self destruction while on the face it would seem like I had it all together on this fitness journey.


In the 6 months I’ve been on as one of Courtney’s clients I have learnt so much from her in terms of training and nutrition. However, I’ve learnt how to become accountable for my own actions, to accept the repercussions of my decisions to go off track but one of the most important things I’ve found to have learnt from Courtney is to use those “bad decisions” and “naughty foods” to go even harder in the days to follow. I’ve learnt it’s okay to f*ck up. Without f*cking up, how would we even have those days where you’re like “holy sh*t, I’m killing it!”? 


I’m often brought to tears looking back on my mentality towards training and nutrition and how I also felt about myself. 


Damn straight Courtney has changed me.

I switched the drinking and partying Friday-Sunday to being bright eyed and bushy tailed at the gym and staying on track with my food Friday-Sunday. I stopped treating food as a reward, I stopped saying “ohhh you did extra at gym today, you ‘have earnt’ that quarter pounder meal”. I stopped going for a treat to satisfy hunger and started eating nutritious foods to ease that hunger.


Courtney has taught me a lot but mostly to stop comparing myself to others and to only compare me to me. This has been a MASSIVE progression in my new journey. For years and years I have always compared myself and my progress to others, I’ve chosen to eat what others eat (or lack thereof), I’ve followed social media accounts and studied photos and compared them to my own and wondered if we weighed the same. 


I’ve ditched the scales and the only weight I am focused on tracking is how heavy I can get in my lifts at the gym.


This has been the most challenging yet comforting months I have ever endured. I couldn’t recommend Courtney enough. She is consistent, caring and knowledgeable, not to mention a complete inspiration.




I found Courtney on Instagram I think the end of 2017, and would randomly just reply to her IG stories asking questions (not expecting a reply haha), but Courtney replied to me so quickly and was more than happy to share all her knowledge with me! I felt so comfortable been able to reach out and ask her questions – she has always gone above and beyond and been a client I can truly say she gives us 110%  


I have had previous coaches but they always gave me a “set meal plan” with low carbs and calories, subconsciously making me scared of “bad foods” or increasing my carbs and calorie intake.  


I have been working with Courtney for only 3 months and already I’m eating double the amount of carbs I have ever in my life – and I’m dropping weight!  

I get so excited each day that I get to create my own “meal plan” in my fitness pal based on my personalized set macros. Its honestly the best, my mind set is so happy, I get to eat the foods I enjoy, and I’m seeing results! 


I also love the training app we use, it keeps me so accountable knowing what I have to tick of each day both macros/calories and the training sessions. Courtney provides the best but also most challenging workouts, which you get to track and both myself and Courtney can see progressions and areas of weakness – it’s a great way to stay accountable!  


I have to say a huge thankyou Courtney for all the knowledge and effort you put into your check in replies, for increasing my food haha and for educating me that there is no such thing as “bad foods”!  

I’m so happy I found you and am very grateful for the time, effort, knowledge and encouraging words you provide.

I want to express my extreme gratitude and appreciation to you for helping me get where I am today. I am honestly the happiest I have ever been with not only my body but my mindset regarding health and fitness. This time last year when I was working with a different online coach I may have been getting results but I was extremely unhappy and HUNGRY. She was decreasing my calories weekly and had me on 100g of carbs daily yet you have me on 215g DAILY!!? Yet my weight and measurements consistently go down each week and as a result you put my calories up most weeks! I mean no wonder you have a waitlist!!!I think a big part of what differentiates you from other coaches and what makes this lifestyle sustainable long term is that you never make us feel restricted, you encourage us to still enjoy food at events, birthdays ect and even alcohol occasionally! You don’t ever make us feel guilty for our choices! You support your clients and its clear you care and aren’t just in this for the money.

I’m so proud at what I’ve achieved I remember sending the email to you way back when thinking I wonder what I’ll achieve during this time and it’s not even been 6 months and I’m almost a size 6 and started at a 12+ and my goal was to be a comfortable 8-10 and I’m eating so much food & loving my life and training :)

I just wanna tell you a little story (hahahaha) of my life pre-coach! 

So before starting with you this is what a typical day for me would look like....

Wake around 7:00am, shower and get dressed for work and leave the house by 7.30am (7.40 if I am running late) and get to work just on 8:00am. Sit at my desk and start my working day, maybe have some breakfast and coffee jam packed with sugar. 

Generally snack all morning, live for someone who brought in morning tea and I would stuff my face. Go to lunch and get take away because it was easy and I was lazy and then continue to snack all afternoon long at work. 

Finish at 5:00pm and head home.

If I had a shitty nights sleep the night before I was pretty much just lay on the couch and watch tv, not doing anything. If I was hungry I wouldn't even bother eating a decent meal for dinner, I would just eat more shit. Have a shower and go to bed. 

Some days if I felt like I had the energy I might go to the gym, sometimes a half-assed attempt at a workout or if I was with my boyfriend I would put in a little more effort but generally would just float around the gym from machine to machine with no real plan on what to train. 

On the weekends I would sleep in like crazy and waste a whole day lounging around in between cleaning the house. Go to the gym if I had nothing better to do and I would eat whatever I could get my hands on in the pantry..

That was my life. Just eating crap, sleeping a lot, being lazy and "when I could be bothered' putting in effort.

All while sitting there complaining about how unhappy I was with my body. 

Fast forward to now...

I get up between 5:00-5:30am. I go for a 30 min walk. I cook breakfast. I clean up. I get shit done. I get to work sometimes 15-20 minutes earlier.

Have my snacks sorted at work and have a draw of better snack options if I don't have anything prepared. 

I rarely drink coffee or if I do it's with no sugar. I don't over indulge. 

I make better options at lunch time, if I didn't have anything to bring with me I go to the supermarket and get the things I need to make a healthier meal.  

Have a snack in the afternoon and a Jarrah Hot Choc to hit those cravings. 

Drink copious amounts of water and get my steps in by walking to the toilet because of it! Haha. 

I get home, I do washing, I play with our dogs, I get cleaning done. I plan dinner. I go to the gym. I eat a decent meal and still get to have dessert! 

I sleep better and if I don't have a decent sleep I still get up and I get shit done because I know when bed time rolls around I will be ready for it and sleep well. 


I am already much happier, healthier, stronger and many more things. 

Things are getting done. I am hitting small goals. I am making progress. 

I may not be where I want to be, but I am definitely on my way.

I'm feel GREAT! I'm feeling like i'm changing so much not only physically but mentally. My clothes are starting to feel so loose, i'm noticing the most in the work pants are they are quite snug normally. I haven't worn them for a little while but im wearing them today and they're the loosest they have ever been! My energy levels are also so high! I'm feeling so refreshed and so keen to train every single day! With a mixture of the cort rx and everything else i'm noticing such a HUGE difference. I can't thank you enough for telling me about CORT RX. i'm the strongest i've ever been! I noticed today doing overhead press i use to struggle sooooo much with this one and I smashed it today I was so surprised and so happy! I'm seeing such a difference everywhere, my legs are finally getting smaller (they have been the most stubborn area of this journey) and my arms omg my arms.... i'm seeing definition and muscle and it's making me so fucking happy because i've always been so insecure of my arms and i'm finally feeling confident to wear singlets without looking in the mirror hating my arms. Sleep has been the best it has been in years! 

As you're aware i'm quite a stressful person and it was really weird because last week i was going through a really stressful time and I was just sitting there so calm and not anxious and I was thinking to myself..... how come my brain has exploded yet.. I was just so calm and relaxed and it made me feel really good that i wasn't going crazy like i usually do.

Can't believe I've gone from a 12-14 to an 8-10. I've never been a size 8 in my life. Thank you for everything you do for me Courtney including the tough love. I love that sometimes you give it to me without sugar coating it cause at the end of the day we all need to hear the truth.

Being the last day of 2018, I am reflecting on the year as most people are and would like to take the time to thank you.

I have been with you for almost a year now and will never look back. The start of this year, I was moody and unhappy with myself. I would eat good during the week then binge eat every weekend and wonder why I wasn't seeing results. You have taught me so much and although I have took a while to learn it all, it was worth the time, effort and patience.

I am looking back at my transformation photos and am amazed with how far I have come (mentally and physically). I honestly could not have done this without you. Having you there to stay accountable to, to support me and whip me back into line when I hear stupid things, it's all the little things that add up.

This journey has been so much easier knowing that I have a coach that is there for me pretty much 24/7 and will adjust my macros/training as per my requests - sorry for being fussy haha! 

So from here, I would like to say that I hope 2019 brings you everything you wish for and I can't wait to see what changes we can make in another year!
