You will have fortnightly check ins and receive feedback from me with any suggested changes.
Your program will be challenging, effective, a taste of how I like to program for my clients and myself, to ensure you progress and enjoy it of course.
Your training plan will be the same with the ability to make substitutes if needs, so this is great to do with a friend!
You can also change your training days to suit your lifestyle.
You will have 2 x 5 week programs.
4-6 x Training Days (training days optional to suit your lifestyle)
You will receive a training guide to help you learn about your program, training, explain warm ups, ab workouts, substitutions and more!
You will have cardio and step recommendations and I can help you with any advice at check ins of course
